$300 Security deposit required to secure your booking


* $25 per person + tax & fees

Children 12 Years & Under:

* $15 per child + tax & fees

* Not included in the minimum number of guests

* Booster seats and highchairs are not provided (Please bring what you need)

* Hall Rental, Set Up, Clean Up & Janitorial Fees

* Personalized Lunch Buffet

* Coffee, Tea, Water & Iced Tea Station

* Morning and afternoon snacks

* Round Tables Set for 8-10

* Basic linens

Complimentary 1 Hour Consultation:

* HCC will reach out to you 1-3 months before your event to book you an appointment with an event coordinator

* Please be prepared by sending us your event profile sheet, colors, photos and Pinterest ideas one week prior to the consultation

* Additional consultations available for an extra $100

* If you are late or need to cancel your appointment please contact us at least 6 hours beforehand. If you don't contact us at least 6 hours before your appointment to cancel, a $50 fee will be deducted from your damage deposit.

Package Does NOT Include:

* DJ, entertainment or MC

* Screen or projector

* Cake, cake knife or server

* Photographer or videographer

* Guest book, seating plan, envelope/gift box or guest favors

Add On Options:

* Silent Auction/Fundraising Tables $150

* Sound system & Microphone & Screen $500 & up

If you are hosting a raffle or 50-50 draw, the HCC requires a copy of the gaming license


The HCC has a Restaurant License; No Alcohol or Outside Food is permitted.
